Where is Raffi based?
Distributed team across EMEA and APAC. The product runs on a US-Eastern + Singapore overlap so we cover most timezones. Customer support runs on a 12-hour shift rotation. Sales conversations happen wherever the customer prefers — usually Google Meet.
How do I report a security or privacy issue?
Email hello@getraffi.ai with 'Security' in the subject (we'll publish a dedicated security@ address once volume warrants it). We respond inside 24 hours on every security report and coordinate disclosure with the reporter. GDPR / CCPA data-subject requests also go to the same inbox.
