Will my clients know it's AI?
Only if you tell them. Raffi is fully white-labeled — your clients see your brand, your domain, and your email FROM address. Even the 'Powered by Raffi' footer can be hidden. Some agencies are transparent about AI as a differentiator; some keep it under the hood. Your call.
How long does white-label setup take?
Custom domain + SSL provisions automatically once you point DNS — typically 30 minutes to a few hours. Brand assets (logo, colors, copy) take about 15 minutes to upload in the settings panel. You can be live the same day.
Can I keep my existing ATS?
Workable is the live integration today (jobs flow both directions, candidates sync). Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever are on the integration roadmap. If you don't run an ATS, Raffi includes a lightweight applicant-tracking layer — review queue, scorecards, scheduling, and hire workflow all built in.
Who owns the candidate relationship?
Your firm. Raffi just runs the screening calls — every transcript, recording, and contact lives in your portal under your brand. When you reveal candidate contact info, the candidate sees emails from YOUR domain, not getraffi.ai.
What happens to candidates Raffi screens but my client doesn't hire?
They stay in your firm's talent pool. Tag them, re-engage them on future roles, or surface them automatically when a similar role opens. Raffi's talent directory works inside your white-labeled portal so the candidate experience stays branded throughout.
How does Raffi handle multiple clients in my agency?
Each client gets their own workspace under your brand. Their candidates, their jobs, their pipelines — segregated. Your recruiters can move between client workspaces from one login. Clients only see what's theirs.
Can I charge clients my own rate?
Of course — Raffi is a tool inside your stack, not a marketplace. You bill clients however you bill them today (placement fees, retainers, RPO contracts). Raffi just lowers your delivery cost per role, so the margin expansion is yours.
What if I want to add other AI agents — sales, onboarding?
