Yes. Raffi introduces itself as an AI recruiter at the start of every call. We've A/B tested transparency vs ambiguity and transparency wins — candidates are more relaxed and answer more openly when they know they're talking to AI, not a person who might judge them.

What if a candidate refuses to talk to AI?

They can request a human follow-up. Raffi flags the call and notifies the recruiter on your team. About 4% of candidates ask for this; the rest complete the AI screening.

Can Raffi screen for technical skills?

For role-fit technical questions (stack, years of experience, project depth), yes. For live coding or hard technical assessments, no — that's better suited to a second-round live interview or a take-home test. Raffi's screening is the qualifier, not the technical bar.
