A combination of public professional profiles, opt-in candidate registrations, and AI-enriched data from Raffi's interview history (anonymized and de-duplicated). Every profile is refreshed at least every 30 days. Candidates can claim their own profile at any time to update or remove information.
Yes. Every candidate has a self-service profile page where they can edit their listing, set visibility (open / closed to opportunities), or remove themselves entirely. EU candidates have full GDPR delete rights. We never charge for a reveal of a candidate who has opted out.
Automatic refund. If the verified email returns a hard bounce within 7 days of reveal, the credits are returned to your wallet. We pre-verify all emails on a rolling 30-day cycle, so bounce rates are typically under 3%.
Raffi sends from your verified sending address (a dedicated subdomain we configure during setup, or your own domain via SPF/DKIM if you prefer). The candidate sees your company name and your hiring manager's name. Raffi handles the follow-up cadence — typically 2-3 touches over 10 days — and books the interview when the candidate engages.
