Default values reflect 2026 hiring benchmarks calibrated against the SHRM 2025 talent acquisition benchmarking report and aggregated 2025-26 customer data: 24 hours of recruiter screening time per hire, $50/hr fully-loaded recruiter cost, $100/hr hiring-manager cost (mid-level), $600/role in sourcing, $150 assessments, $80 background checks. These are starting points, not absolutes — your stack will shift each line.
